Angklung will be Presented at The 49th Indonesia's Cultural Dining Series of Tugu Hotel Malang
Angklung is a musical instrument from Indonesia made of a varying number of bamboo tubes attached to a bamboo frame. The tubes are carved to have a resonant pitch when struck and are tuned to octaves.
This musical instrument has been officially recognized as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO on November 18th 2018.
D'Jaras will entertains the customers at the Tirtagangga hall of Tugu Hotel. This angklung band has been winning several angklung music competition in Malang region..
D'Jaras will present some local traditional songs such as Kidung Rumeksa Ing Wengi and Sugih Tanpa Banda. Some other traditional song such as Lir Ilir, Jaranan, Kalaseba, Hanoman Obong, and Gerajagan Banyuwangi; a medley of lagu Cublak Suweng, Gundul Pacul, and Suwe Ora Jamu will also be performed on this occasion.
In addition, to welcome the upcoming Chinese New Year, D'Jaras will also present some Chinese songs to entertain the visitors.
During the moment, several divine menus of Melati Reataurant such as Nasi Rawon, Nasi Buk, Rendang Padang, Tugu Risjtaffel and lot more will be served to accompany all the customers on their fine dining.
